Remove the front track roller frame.

Pull track adjuster (1) out of the front track roller frame until the track adjuster (1) contacts the stops. Remove bolts (2) and locks (3).
The weight of track adjuster (1) is approximately 32 kg (71 lb). Attach a suitable lifting device around track adjuster (1). Remove track adjuster (1).

Remove bolts (4), plate (5), valves (6), plug (7), and the O-ring seal.
Use Tooling (A) in order to remove piston (8).

Remove the lip seal (9). Installation Procedure
Install track adjuster (1) in the reverse order of the removal.
Install a new lip seal (9).
Tighten plug (7) to a torque of 320 30 N m (236.00 lb ft)
Tighten valves (6) to a torque of 35 7 N m (26 5 lb ft).
