START BY:a. connection of anti-pivot link 1. Lift the rear of the machine so the tires are off the ground, and install tooling (A) under the rear frame as shown. 2. Put wood blocks (1) between the rear axle housing and the frame on each side of the machine to hold the axle housing in position when the tires and rims are removed. 3. For removal of the front tires and rims, put wood blocks behind the rear tires. Use the bucket of the machine to lift the front of the machine until the front tires are off the ground. Put tooling (B) under the machine as shown. Lower the machine on to tooling (B).4. Fasten a hoist to the tire and rim. Remove nuts and washers (3) that hold the tire and rim to the wheel assembly. Remove tire and rim (2) from the machine. The weight of each tire and rim is 204 kg (450 lb.).Install Tires And Rims
1. Fasten a hoist to tire and rim (1), and put it in position on the wheel assembly. Make sure valve stem (3) is in alignment with the notch (cutout) in the wheel assembly.2. Install washers and nuts (2) that hold the tire and rim in position. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 475 50 N m (350 37 lb.ft.).3. Use the bucket of the machine to lift the front of the machine. Remove tooling (B), and lower the machine to the ground. 4. Remove the blocks from between the rear axle housing and the rear frame.5. Lift the rear of the machine, and remove tooling (A).
