Important General Information on Entering Information into Settings Screens
Setting screens enable the operator to observe system parameters that affect the operation and control of the EPIC system. The settings screens also allow system parameters to be customized for particular system including:
Voltage
System currents
Particular transformer VT
CT rating
Other instances unique to the system.

When a setting screen is opened, the values are displayed but cannot be changed as indicated by the hatch marks in the display area. Refer to Illustration 1.In order to enter data into the settings area, a password must be entered to enable the data to be accepted.

Settings menu bar (1) Password buttonThe password is entered from the "Settings Menu Bar" "Password" button.

(2) Password entry screenReferenceWhen the password entry appears, enter the password and press "Enter". For more information on password entry refer to Operation Manual, SEBU 8807, "Password Entry Screen".Use the "Close" button on the "Menu Bar" to close the "Menu Bar". Touching any data entry area will activate a "Data Entry" window. Enter the desired value, ensuring that the value is within the limits shown in the "Data Entry" window, and touch "Enter". If the data is not within the proper limits, the window displays the value in red numerals.
