Rotation
Note: The Auxiliary Control Valve (Medium Pressure) does not influence the proportional solenoid valve for negative flow control.Pilot pump (11) supplies oil to pilot manifold (14). When the hydraulic activation lever is moved to the UNLOCK position, pilot oil flows from pilot manifold (14) to solenoid valve manifold (1). When left joystick slide control (B) is moved Forward, the implement ECM sends a signal to the extend solenoid for the Auxiliary Control Valve (Medium Pressure) (13). Pilot oil flows to the top of the valve. The pilot oil will shift the spool to the Downward position. This allows oil from auxiliary pump (10) to flow through the Auxiliary Control Valve (Medium Pressure) (13) to the motor for clockwise rotation. The working pressure for rotation is limited by two line relief valves (18) and one main relief valve (20). When left joystick slide control (D) is moved Backward, the implement ECM sends a signal to the extend solenoid for the Auxiliary Control Valve (Medium Pressure) (13). Pilot oil flows to the bottom of the Auxiliary Control Valve (Medium Pressure) (13). The pilot oil will shift the spool in the control valve to the Upward position. This allows oil from auxiliary pump (10) to flow through the Auxiliary Control Valve (Medium Pressure) (13) to the motor for counterclockwise rotation. The working pressure for the work tool is limited by two line relief valves (14) and one main relief valve (22). Clench Pressure Sensor
Some work tools grip objects in order to move the objects. Machines that are equipped with System G14 can grip objects without crushing the objects. Parameters "016" and "017" set the upper and lower limits of the clench pressure range. During clench pressure sensing, parameter "015" overrides parameter "106" for the maximum pilot pressure that is supplied to the Attachment Control Valve.Two-Way Flow From Two Pumps "TOOL#4" and "TOOL#5"
Description
The default parameter values for "TOOL#4" are for two-way hydraulic oil flow from two main pumps. A typical example is a pulverizer. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "System G14: Default Values of Work Tool Parameters". The work tool is operated by the right joystick slide control (D). Note: "TOOL#5" is similar to "TOOL#4". "TOOL#5" cannot rotate. The default parameter values for "TOOL#5" are for two-way hydraulic oil flow from two pumps. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "System G14: Default Values of Work Tool Parameters" and Testing and Adjusting, "Work Tool Parameters - Program".
