Torque Converter Oil Temperature Or Brake Oil Temperature - This light indicates that the torque converter oil temperature is greater than 121 °C (250 °F). This light also illuminates when the brake oil temperature is greater than 121 °C (250 °F). The temperature is received from the torque converter oil temperature sensor and the brake oil temperature sensor.
Service Is Required - This light indicates that service is required. The light will illuminate for the following situations: low steering pressure, air filter restriction and low engine coolant flow.
Air Filter Restriction - This application is used with HEUI engines. The light indicates that the air filter is restricted. The status is received from the engine ECM via the CAT data link.
Transmission Oil Filter Restriction - The light indicates that the transmission oil filter is restricted. The light will illuminate when the differential pressure is greater than 250 kPa (36 psi).
Check The Engine - This application is used with HEUI engines. The light indicates that the engine system requires service. The status is received from the engine ECM via the CAT data link.
Brake /Ladder Warning - This light indicates a problem with either the Swing Brake or Travel Brake. The warning level is either Level 2 or Level 2-S, depending on the severity of the warning. This information is received from the Machine Control ECM via the CAT data link. On machines with a left ladder, this indicator also gives a Level 2 warning when the Left Ladder is down. This Warning Indicator will also override the Service Hour meter display in order to distinguish between a Swing Brake, Travel Brake, or Left Ladder warning.
High Inlet Air Temperature - This light indicates a high inlet air temperature registered by the engine ECM. The warning level for this indicator is Level 2.
Autolube Status Warning - On machines with the autolube system, this light indicates when the Autolube status is either or TERMINATE. This warning will remain at a Level 2 for the duration of the current autolube cycle. In addition, a failed Manual Grease Reel switch will generate a Level 1 warning on this indicator. Operating the machine while the autolube system is in the reel lube mode will also generate a Level 1 warning.
Charging System Status - This light indicates that battery voltage is outside the valid range, according to the following conditions:
Between 29.5 VDC and 32 VDC (15 sec delay) (Level 1)
Between 23 VDC and 24.8 VDC with engine running (10 minute delay) (Level 1)
Less than 24 VDC with engine off (Level 1)
Alternator R frequency less than 90 Hz with engine running (Level 1)
Greater than 32 VDC (Level 3)
Less than 23 VDC with engine running for at least 60 seconds (Level 3)
Machine Filter Status - This light indicates that one of the following filters is restricted: Case Drain Filter, Return Filter, Implement High Pressure Filter, Swing High Pressure Filter and Engine Air Filter. All filter warnings except the Engine Air Filter are inactive below
