2. Remove bolt (2), and remove the clip and crankcase breather hose.3. Loosen the hose clamp, and remove hose (3) from elbow (6).4. Remove two bolts (5) and air conditioning dryer assembly (1) from engine oil cooler (11).5. Remove two bolts (10), and move bonnet (9) away from the engine to provide clearance for the removal of bolt (8).6. Remove bolt (4) and two bolts (12), and remove the gaskets, elbow (6) and engine oil cooler (11) as a unit from the engine.7. Remove four bolts (7), and remove engine oil cooler (11) from the elbow.8. Use a 3.0 mm (.12 in) diameter rod to clean each tube of the oil cooler. The following steps are for installation of the engine oil cooler.9. Make sure all gasket surfaces are clean and free of dirt.10. Position the gasket and engine oil cooler (11) on elbow (6), and install four bolts (7) that hold them in place.11. Position engine oil cooler (11) and elbow (6) as a unit on the engine. Make sure the gaskets are in place between elbow (6) and the engine, and between engine oil cooler (11) and bonnet (9).12. Install bolt (4) and two bolts (12) that hold the engine oil cooler and elbow in place.13. Move bonnet (9) away from the engine, and install bolt (8). Install two bolts (10) that hold bonnet (9) in place.14. Position air conditioning dryer assembly (1) on the engine oil cooler, and install two bolts (5) that holds it place.15. Install hose (3) on elbow (6) and tighten the hose clamp that holds it.16. Position the crankcase breather hose and clip. Install bolt (2) that holds them.17.
