If it is necessary to remove broken glass, use thick gloves to prevent injury.
1. Remove rubber seal (1) from around the window. 2. Remove glass (2) from the frame. Remove seal (3) from behind the glass.INSTALL CAB DOOR GLASS
1. Clean window frame thoroughly. Install a new seal (1) in the frame. CAUTION Handle Glass Carefully2. Put glass (2) in position in the door.3. Install rubber seal (3) around the window. If a new seal is installed, cut the seal at a 45° angle where the ends meet and make a smooth joint.REMOVE CAB WINDOW GLASS

1. Put tool (A) in between the two lips of seal (1) as shown. Move tool (A) along the seal to pull the locking lip of the seal out away from the cab. Move the tool completely around the circumference of the glass. 2. Remove glass (2) from the cab. Remove the seal from the edge of the window opening.INSTALL CAB WINDOW GLASS
1. Start along the side of the window panel opening to install seal (1).2. Install edge (3) of seal over panel (2) with the locking lip of the seal toward the outside of the cab.3. Install the seal around the circumference of the window opening. Cut the seal to extend past the starting point by .125 in. (3.18 mm) per foot of window opening circumference. Push the ends of the seal together and push them over the body panel to make a tight, smooth joint. When the glass is installed, edge (5) must be over glass (4) as shown. CAUTION Handle Glass carefully. 4. Put the lower corner of glass (6) in the channel of the seal as far as possible. Do not use too much force.5. Move in both direction from the starting point and lift the glass channel of the seal so that the glass can slip into position.6. Put a solution of soap and water on the lockring lip (7) of the seal.7. Install the curved end of tool (A) between the lockring lip and groove (8) at any point away from the joint.8. Move tool (A) along groove (8) as shown.9. Move the tool completely around the circumference of the seal, the rubber lip will lock into position around the glass.REMOVE CAB RIGHT SIDE WINDOW
1. Remove nut and bolt (2) from hand arm. Pull handle arm (1) clear of the window. 2. Remove ten bolts (3), five bolts from each hinge. Remove cab window (4). The weight of the cab window is 40 lb. (18 kg).INSTALL CAB RIGHT SIDE WINDOW
1. Put cab window (1) in position on the cab. Install the ten bolts in the hinges. 2. Put the handle arm (2) in position on the cab window. Install the bolt and nut that hold it.
