LUBRICATION GP-EQUALIZER BAR 3814207 - Caterpillar

1. Remove the inner fuel injection line (1).2. Remove nut (2) for the fuel injection valve.3. Remove the fuel injection valve and body.4. Remove the valve from the body.Install Fuel Injection Valves
1. Install the fuel injection valve on the body finger tight.2. Install the body and valve in the precombustion chamber.3. Install the nut for the fuel injection valve. Tighten the nut to a first torque of 85 lb.ft. (115.2 N m). Then tighten the nut to a torque of 105 5 lb.ft. (142.4 6.8 N m).4. Install the inner fuel injection line. Tighten nuts on the fuel line to a torque of 30 5 lb.ft. (40.7 6.8 N m).end by:a) install valve covers
