1 28 239-6808 Clamp Before assembly, lubricate threads, bearing surfaces and inside diameter of clamps with Loctite C5A copper anti seize.
Torque to 12 1 N m (106 9 lb in).
2 4 363-2057 Band Clamp Tighten to 17 2 N m (150 18 lb in).
Gently tap around the band clamp .
Again, tighten to 17 2 N m (150 18 lb in).
3 2 364-5416 Bellows As Ensure that the bellows are installed in the proper direction as marked on the bellows by an arrow.
4 4 241-2634 Clamp As Tighten to 8 1 N m (71 9 lb in).
Gently tap around the band clamp.
Again, tighten to 8 1 N m (71 9 lb in).
Before assembly, lubricate threads, bearing surfaces and inside diameter of clamps with Loctite C5A copper anti seize.
5 4 9L-2295 High Temperature Bolt Before assembly, lubricate threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A copper anti seize.
6 64 9L-7373 High Temperature Bolt Before assembly, lubricate threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A copper anti seize.
Tighten to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
Again, tighten to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
