Install bolt (34). Install tube (31) and bracket (32). Connect clip (33) .

Connect cable assembly (14). Install cable straps (15) and (16).

Connect hose assemblies (10) and (11). Connect harness assemblies (4), (8), and (9). Install cable straps (5), (6), and (7).

Install brace (3). Install bolts (2) to each side of brace (3) .

Connect tube assembly (1) for the starting aid.
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG2500, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Turn the battery disconnect switch into the ON position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch".End By:
Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".
Install the counterweight. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Counterweight - Remove and Install"
