Position suitable blocking in front of the drum assembly and behind the drum assembly. Support the front frame with suitable blocking.
Disconnect hose assemblies (1) .

Remove fittings (2) .
Remove bolts (3) from support (4) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to support (4). Remove bolts (5) and remove support (4) from the machine. The weight of support (4) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to gerotor motor group (6) .
Remove bolts (7) and gerotor motor group (6) from the machine. The weight of gerotor motor group (6) is approximately 60 kg (132 lb).

Remove bolts (8). Use two people in order to remove plate (9) from gerotor motor (10). The weight of plate (9) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contamination of the hydraulic system with foreign material will reduce the service life of the hydraulic system components.To prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic system, always plug or cap the lines, fittings, or hoses as they are disconnected. Cover any disassembled components and clean them properly before assembly.Clean the hydraulic system properly after any major component exchange or especially after a component failure, to remove any contamination.

Use two people in order to position plate (9) on gerotor motor (10). Install bolts (8). The weight of plate (9) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Connect hose assemblies (1) .
Remove suitable blocking from the front frame. Remove suitable blocking in front of the drum assembly and behind the drum assembly.
Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change". The capacity of the hydraulic tank is approximately 26 L (6.9 US gal).
Close the engine enclosure.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
