Illustration 4 g03685294When the joystick thumb rocker is moved to the PITCH FORWARD position, the thumb rocker position sensor sends a pulse width modulated signal (PWM) to the implement ECM. The implement ECM analyzes the signal from the thumb rocker. The implement ECM then sends a PWM driver that energizes the extend solenoid valves for the right and left tilt cylinders to pitch the blade forward. The solenoid valve shifts and directs pilot oil to the pilot chamber in the valve. The oil pressure on the pitch forward end of the tilt stems shift the stems to the PITCH FORWARD position.PITCH BACK Position
When the joystick thumb rocker is moved to the PITCH BACK position, the thumb rocker position sensor sends a pulse width modulated signal (PWM) to the implement ECM. The implement ECM analyzes the signal from the thumb rocker. The implement ECM then sends a PWM driver that energizes the retract solenoid valves for the right and left tilt cylinders to pitch the blade back. The solenoid valve shifts and the pilot oil at the pitch back end of the control valve stems is released to the hydraulic tank. The solenoid valve shifts and directs pilot oil to the pilot chamber in the valve. The oil pressure on the pitch back end of the tilt stems shift the stems to the PITCH BACK position.TILT RIGHT Position
When the joystick is moved to the TILT RIGHT position, the position sensor for the joystick sends a PWM signal to the implement ECM. The implement ECM analyzes the signal from the joystick. The implement ECM then sends a PWM driver that energizes the solenoid valves for the right retract and left extend for dual tilt. For single tilt mode, only the right tilt cylinder retract solenoid is energized. The solenoid valves shift and pilot oil is supplied to the pilot oil chambers of the valve. The
