Lower the temperature of bearings (21) and (22). Use Tooling (E) in order to install bearings (21) and (22) .

Install pin (11) that held the head end of the bucket cylinder. Use Tooling (D) in order to install retaining ring (12) that holds pin (11) into position. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to extendable stick (14). The weight of extendable stick (14) is approximately 170 kg (375 lb). Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device in order to install extendable stick (14). Pad (20) was left on the stick during the removal of the extendable stick. Tighten bolts (13) .

Install bolts (19) to the top of the extendable stick.

Install pad assembly (15) (not shown) and block assembly (16). Install bolts (17) and (18) .

Extend extendable stick cylinder (8). Position suitable cribbing (9) and install pin (10). Remove suitable cribbing (9) .

Install cover (6) and bolts (7) .

Place bracket (4) and hose assemblies (3) into position. Install bolts (5).

Install bolts (1) that retain bracket (2) .

Install the bucket cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket Cylinder - Remove and Install".
Install the bucket linkage. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket Linkage - Remove and Install".
