Apply Tool (G) to the pipe thread on each Tool (B).
Install one Tool (B) in each end of Tool (A).
Install one Tool (C) and one Tool (D) on each Tool (B).
Install one Tool (E) on each end of Tool (F).
Connect Tool (E) to Tool (C) in inlet side of Tool (A).

Drive the machine to a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.

Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Move engine speed switch (3) into the LOW-IDLE position to operate the engine in low idle.
Move engine start switch (4) to the OFF position.

Unhook latches (5) on each side of the engine compartment, and open engine hood (6).

Remove locking pin (7) from hood support bracket (8). Move the bracket to support engine hood (6). Install the locking pin to secure the hood support bracket.

Remove cotter pin (9) from steering lock lever (10).
Move steering lock lever (10) to the locking position, and install cotter pin (9) in the steering lock lever.

Disconnect fitting (12) from fitting (11) on the steering pump.
Connect Tool (E) to fitting (11) on the steering pump.
Connect fitting (12) to Tool (C) in the outlet side of Tool (A).Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (4) into the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Move engine speed switch (3) to the HIGH-IDLE position to operate the engine in high idle.
Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature with Tool (H). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches the test temperature listed in the Specifications Section above.
Rotate the steering wheel against the lock, and record the flow measured on Tool (A). The flow should be greater than the minimum flow listed in the Specifications Section.
Move engine speed switch (3) into the LOW-IDLE position to operate the engine in low idle.
Move engine start switch (4) to the OFF position.
Disconnect fitting (12) from Tool (C) in outlet side of Tool (A).
Disconnect Tool (E) from fitting (11) on the steering pump.Note: If the flow is outside the specified range, replace the steering pump, and retest the flow.
Connect fitting (12) to fitting (11) on the steering pump.
Remove cotter pin (9) from steering lock lever (10).
Move steering lock lever (10) to the storage position, and install cotter pin (9) in the steering lock lever.
Remove locking pin (7) from hood support bracket (8). Move the bracket into the storage

Connect fitting (12) to Tool (C) in the outlet side of Tool (A).Test Procedure
