Information:

Remove retainers (12), plates (13) and cab window (14) from the outside of the cab.

Clean new panel assembly (4) at the location for the seal. Use isopropyl alcohol.
Install seal (10) onto panel assembly (4) .Place the seal on the U-shaped channels of the panel assembly. Do not place the seal on the radius of the channel.

Apply the bottom seal. (A) Seal position from bottom of panel ... 20 mm (0.80 inch) (B) Seal position from side of panel ... 24 mm (1 inch)

Apply the seals on each side of the panel. Allow the seals to contact the bottom seal with no gap. (C) Seal position from side of panel ... 9 mm (0.35 inch) (D) Seal position from side of panel ... 24 mm (1 inch) (E) Seal position from top of panel ... 5 mm (0.20 inch)

Trim top edge (F) of the seals at 6.5 degrees.

Apply the seal to the top of the panel. Allow the seal to contact (G) the two side seals.

Install panel assembly (4) to the outside of the cab. Use nineteen 099-3649 Bolts (5) and nineteen 8T-4224 Hard Washers (7). Torque bolts to 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).Note: The 313-3545 Cab Window Gp is used on cabs with a long rear window. The 317-3155 Cab Window Gp is used on cabs with the short rear window.
Install 197-9890 Angle (2) and 197-9891 Guard As (3) to panel assembly (4). Use two 9X-2039 Screws (8) on the top two mounting holes and eight 9X-2040 Screws (9) for the side and bottom mounting holes. Torque screws to 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft).

Clean 339-4289 Window (1) at the location for the seal. use isopropyl alcohol.
Install 294-2434 Seal (11) onto 339-4289 Window (1) .

Apply 294-2434 Seal (11) to the bottom of the window frame and below the drain opening. (H) Seal position from sides of panel ... 19 mm (0.74 inch)

Install window (1) onto the hinges (K) and secure the window to the panel with two 3E-9854 Bolts (6) and two 8T-4224 Hard Washers (7). Torque the bolts to 28 7 N m (20 5 lb ft).
