Check the condition of all O-ring seals and of all parts. If any components are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.1. Check the bushings in the upper and lower transmission mounts. Replace the bushings if they are worn or damaged. 2. Install Tooling (A) on the transmission and transfer gears, as shown. Attach a hoist and suitable lifting chains to Tooling (A). Put the transmission and transfer gears in position on the transmission mounts. The weight of the transmission and transfer gears is 1650 kg (3640 lb). 3. Apply 4C-9507Compound to the threads of bolts (44) prior to assembly. Install two bolts (44) and nuts in the upper transmission mounts on each side of the transmission. Tighten bolts (44) to a torque of 900 100 N m (660 75 lb ft). 4. Apply 4C-9507Compound to the threads of bolts (43) prior to assembly. Install bolt (43), washer and plate in the lower transmission mounts on each side of the transmission. Tighten bolts (43) to a torque of 900 100 N m (660 75 lb ft). 5. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position in the end of hose assemblies (41) and (42). connect the hose assemblies to the front brake cooling manifolds. 6. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position in the end of hose assemblies (37), (38), (39) and (40). Connect the hose assemblies to the manifold. 7. Connect wire harness (35) to the manifold bracket. Install the bolt that holds clip (36) and wire harness (35) to the transmission.8. Connect hose assemblies (32), (33) and (34) to the manifold bracket. 9. Connect hose assemblies (29), (30) and (31) to the manifold bracket. 10. Install the clamp assembly on the suction hose and secure with bolt (28) to the side of the transmission housing. 11. Connect the hose assembly to the bottom of suction screen (27). 12. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position in the end of hose assemblies (23), (24), (25) and (26). Connect the hose assemblies to the manifold. 13. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to the steering control valve. Put the steering control valve in position on the transmission. Install three bolts (19) that hold the steering control valve to the transmission.14. Install the bolts that hold clips (18) and (22) to the transmission.15. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position in the end of hose assemblies (20) and (21). Connect the hose assemblies to the steering control valve. 16. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position in the end of hose assemblies (16) and (17). Connect the hoses to the steering control valve. 17. Connect hose assembly (15) to the parking brake valve.18. Connect hose assemblies (12), (13) and (14) to the steering control valve. 19. Put wire harness (10) in position and install bolts (6) and (11).20. Position the two wire harness connectors in the support bracket and install four bolts (7) that hold them. Connect
