Information:

there is a problem with the propel system and the machine will not move, the limp home switches can be used to propel the machine. These switches are located under the tractor operator station, beneath a flip down door. These switches (one switch on wheeled pavers) have a FORWARD momentary position and a REVERSE momentary position. When put in the FORWARD position, the switch will bypass the propel enable solenoid, the parking brake solenoid, and the forward EDC solenoids. In the REVERSE position, the switch will bypass the propel enable solenoid, the parking brake solenoid, and the reverse EDC solenoids. These switches enable +V power to be applied directly to the EDC propel solenoids. This will enable the machine to move.Note: Using the limp home switches will cause a short to battery diagnostic code to appear for the propel enable, the parking brake and the corresponding forward EDC solenoid or reverse EDC solenoid. This is because the limp home switches are not inputs to the ECM.
