Drain the separate circuit coolant into a suitable container for disposal or reuse.

Remove clamps (2) and associated hardware from top of tube (3) .

Remove clamps (4) and associated hardware from bottom of tube (3) .
Remove and discard the 147-0819 Tube, O-rings, and assembly rings. Set aside flanges (1), clamp assemblies, and associated hardware for reuse.
Clean flanges (1) .

Prepare tube assembly (5) for installation.
Lubricate O-rings and O-ring grooves
Install new 9M-2092 O-Ring Seal onto each end of the tube assembly
Install assembling rings (6)
Install flanges (1) onto tube assembly (5) .
Install one 2H-3928 O-Ring Seal into each flange (1) .Note: Lubricate the O-ring groove of the flange lightly with 5N-5561 Silicone Lubricant to hold O-ring in place.

Install clamp assemblies (2) loosely around the top of tube (5) .

Install clamp assemblies (4) loosely around the bottom of tube (5) .

Install tube assembly (5) loosely onto the engine.
Snug flange hardware at the top and bottom of the tube assembly.
Adjust tube assembly (5) to optimize the orientation and mid-span position relative to the mounting flanges.
Snug clamp hardware gradually alternating between the top and bottom of tube assembly (5), so that the tube and clamps do not bind or encounter excessive resistance.
Apply final torque to flange bolts.Torque bolts ... 47 N m (35 lb ft)
Apply final torque to clamp hardware and ensure that the tube is secure.Torque bolts ... 47 N m (35 lb ft)
Refill cooling system according to the Operations and Maintenance Manual.
