start by:a) remove radiator and guard1. Loosen bolt (2) until there is approximately .125 in. (3.2 mm) space between washer (1) and the hub face. 2. Install tooling (A) and loosen hub from crankshaft.3. Remove tooling (A). Remove bolt and washer. Remove vibration damper and pulley (3).Install Vibration Damper And Pulley
1. Put the vibration damper and pulley (1) in position on the crankshaft. Install the washer (2) and bolt.2. Tighten bolt to a torque of 230 20 lb.ft. (307 25 N m). Hit the bolt with a hammer and tighten again to a torque of 230 20 lb.ft. (307 25 N m).end by:a) install radiator and guard
