Untie the disconnected hoses and position the hoses on the transmission and on the transfer gears.
Connect hose assemblies (22) to the transmission control valve.
Connect hose assemblies (23) to the implement hydraulic pump.
Connect hose assemblies (21) to the steering hydraulic pump and to the steering pilot pump.

Install the harness and clips (20) on the left side of the frame. Install two bolts (19) .
Connect electrical connector (18) to the left side of the frame.

Use Tooling (C) to install new oil filter (17) on the pilot circuit for the steering system.
Repeat Step 26 on the opposite side of the machine.

Carefully install center platform assembly (15). The weight of the center platform assembly is 118 kg (260 lb).
Remove the lifting slings and Tooling (B) from center platform assembly (15) .

Install three platform panels (16) on the right side of center platform assembly (15) .
Install three platform panels (14) on the left side of center platform assembly (15) .

Carefully install heating and air conditioning system (11) on the rear of the cab. The weight of the heating and air conditioning system is 66 kg (145 lb).
Install sixteen bolts (13) .
Install two bolts (12) under the cab.
Remove the lifting slings and Tooling (A) from the heating and air conditioning system.

Install storage compartment (8) and three bolts (10) .
Close lid (7) on storage compartment (8) .
Connect electrical connectors (9) .

Install windshield washer (5) .
Install bracket assembly (6) that secures windshield washer (5) to the rear of the cab.
Connect four hose assemblies (3) and four electrical connectors (4) to the windshield washer (5) .

Connect two hose assemblies (2) and two heater hoses (1) .
Open the heater valves at the water pump.
Fill both hydraulic tanks with oil. For the correct procedures, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for your machine.
Fill the transmission with oil. For the correct procedure, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for your machine.
Check the coolant level. For the correct procedure, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for your machine.
Test the air conditioning system. For the correct procedure, refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating System with R-134a Refrigerant".End By:
Install the rear drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Rear) - Remove and Install".
Install the input drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Input Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
