8T-0292 Bolt 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Do not use wiping cloths or rags to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic control valve (16). Install hydraulic control valve (16). The weight of the hydraulic control valve (16) is approximately 61 kg (135 lb).

Install bolts (14). Connect harness assembly (15) from the valve.

Install O-ring seals (13) to sleeves (9) and (12).

Install sleeves (12) and (9). Reposition harness assembly (11). Connect harness assembly (11) to the solenoids (8) and sensors (10).

Install flange (7). Install bolts (6). Repeat for the other side.

Connect hose assemblies (5).Note: Replace gasket (4) with new before installation.

Install gasket (4) (not shown). Install cover (3). Install step plate (2). Install bolts (1).
