Position auxiliary water pump (3) on the front housing. Install nuts (1).
Apply Tooling (A) to the O-ring seal on cover (5). Install the O-ring seal, cover (5), and bolts (4) on auxiliary water pump (3).
Position the O-ring seal and elbow (7) on auxiliary water pump (3). Install bolts (6) and band clamp (8). Tighten the band clamp to a torque of 7.3 0.5 N m (65 4 lb in).
Connect tube assembly (2) to auxiliary water pump (3).
