Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the rear axle.
Use a suitable lifting device to position the oscillating axle onto suitable blocking. The weight of the oscillating axle is approximately 635 kg (1400 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to axle support (2). The weight of axle support (2) is approximately 66 kg (145 lb).
Remove bolts (3) and axle support (2) from oscillating axle (1).

Remove trunnion (4), O-ring seal (5), thrust bearing (6), sleeve bearing (7), thrust bearing (8), and O-ring seal (9) from axle support (2).

Attach a suitable lifting device to axle support (10). The weight of axle support (10) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).
Remove axle support (10) from oscillating axle (1).

Remove seal (11), seal (14), retaining ring (13), and sleeve bearing (12) from axle support (10). Installation Procedure
Install rear axle support (10) in the reverse order of removal.
