If there has been a previous repair, part age/hours will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.
After failure additional 1.5 hrs allowance for cleaning evaporator coil fins and condensate drain tubes.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Remove the the clip securing the hose to the side of the ROPS. Save the clip and hardware for reinstallation of the new hose.

2. Loosen the four hose clamps and remove the hoses.

3. Cut hose lengths of 888 mm and 123 mm from 1253228/">125-3228 Chg 01 Hose (Bulk). Install two clamps and the 123 mm length hose between unit fresh air inlet and bottom tube of plate assembly,tighten clamps. Install two clamps and the 888 mm length hose between filter housing outlet and top tube of plate assembly, tighten clamps. Reinstall clip on hose and secure with hardware to ROPS mounting boss.
Note: The filter housing hose connections requires a low torque of 2 Nm (1.5 ft/lb) to avoid deforming housing.
