PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Clean and inspect the coupler for weld failure. Refer to Image1.1.1.
- If the failure extends into the front of the coupler or the bottom, the coupler should be replaced. Refer to Image1.1.2.
-If the failure is contained to the weld, perform the "Weld Repair Procedure" below.

Weld Repair Procedure:
1. Remove the entire length of the existing weld on each side of the coupler. Refer to Image1.2.1.

2. Apply a 12mm fillet weld to each side of the coupler. Refer to Image1.3.1.
