Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Remove four bolts (1). Use two persons to remove fender (2). The weight of fender (2) is 27 kg (60 lb).

Use Tooling (A) to lift the machine. Support the machine with Tooling (B) .

Use suitable lifting slings and a hoist to support the tire and the rim, as shown. Remove bolts (3). Remove the tire and the rim as a unit. The combined weight of the tire and of the rim is 340 kg (750 lb).Installation Procedure

Use suitable lifting slings and a hoist to position the tire and the rim, as shown. The combined weight of the tire and of the rim is 340 kg (750 lb).

Install bolts (3). The initial torque for bolts (3) is 570 80 N m (420 60 lb ft). Then turn bolts (3) by an additional 60° 5°.

Use Tooling (A) to lift the machine. Remove Tooling (B) .
Lower the machine. Remove Tooling (A) .
