1. Remove guard (1). 2. Put a block in position under rod (2).3. Remove bolts (3) that hold rod (2) to the cylinder.4. Move the rod to give clearance to remove the cylinder. Weight is 113 lb. (51.3 kg). 5. Install a hoist on cylinder (5). Remove the cylinder. Weight is 70 lb. (31.8 kg).6. Remove seal and ring (6) from the cylinder.7. Remove sleeve (4) from the cylinder.8. Remove the piston from the cylinder.Install Track Adjusters
1. Install valve (7) and valve (8) in cylinder. Tighten the valves to a torque of 25 3 lb.ft. (33.9 4.1 N m). If new rings (4) are installed on the piston, assemble the rings so the angle cuts are 180° apart. Install seal (4) with the lip toward the snap ring. Install the snap ring.2. Install the piston in the cylinder.3. Install sleeve (6) in the cylinder. 4. Install seal (1) and ring (2) in the cylinder. Make sure the ring (3) is installed with the lip toward the cylinder. 5. Use a hoist to install the cylinder assembly. 6. Use the bolts to connect rod (9) to the cylinder assembly.7. Remove wood block (10). 8. Install guard (11).end by: a) install yoke assemblies
