Installation Procedure

Install fuel tank (11) .

Install nylon strap (10) and tighten bolt (9) .
Connect harness assemblies (8) to the fuel sending unit.

Install return fuel hose assembly (7) to the fuel tank. Install fuel hose assembly (6) to the fuel tank. Note: Use extreme caution when the fuel hose assemblies are being installed to the fuel tank. The plastic connectors can break if too much pressure is used.Note: Fuel hose assembly (6) and fuel hose assembly (7) are two different sizes. This will prevent incorrect installation.

Install hose clamp (4) and bolt (5) .

Install rubber mat (2) to the machine.
Install bolt (3) which holds rubber mat (2) to the firewall.

Install bolts (1) which hold the rubber mat to the firewall.
Fill the fuel tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By: Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Install".
