Removal Procedure

Disconnect the harness assembly from turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1) .
Remove turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1) from the adapter on the cylinder block.
Inspect the condition of the O-ring seal on turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1). Replace the O-ring seal, if necessary.Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1). Tighten turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Connect the harness assembly to turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1) .
