Place heater coil (21) into position.
Connect hoses (23) and (25). Tighten hose clamps (22) and (24). Tighten hose clamps (22) and (24) to a torque of 7.5 0.5 N m (66 4 lb in).

Install bolt (20). Tighten bolt (20) to a torque of 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in).

Install bolt (19). Tighten bolt (19) to a torque of 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in).

Insert capillary tube (17) in evaporator coil (18) within Dimensions (X) and (Y). Dimension (X) is 40 5 mm (1.6 0.2 inch). Dimension (Y) is 24 3 mm (0.9 0.1 inch). Insert capillary tube (17) to a depth of 230 10 mm (9.1 0.4 inch).

Install gaskets (16) in the original positions.

Install cover (15) .
Install screws (14) on the front of the case assembly. Tighten screws (14) to a torque of 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in).
Install bolts (13) .

Install bolts (12) on the side of the case assembly.

Install bolts (11) on the side of the case assembly.
Install bolts (10) .

Install bolt (9) on the rear of the case assembly. Tighten bolt (9) to a torque of 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in).

Install floor mat (4) on the cab floor.

Position cover (2) and install screws (3). Tighten screws (3) to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N m (40 4 lb in).

Install screws (1). Tighten screws (1) to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N m (40 4 lb in).
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
