Start By:
Remove the steering control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Control Valve - Remove".

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to manifold (1).
Remove bolts (2) and manifold (1) from steering control valve (3). The weight of manifold is approximately 39 kg (85 lb).

Remove relief valve (4) from manifold (1).

Remove O-ring seals (5) and backup rings (6) from relief valve (4).

Remove shuttle valve (7) from manifold (1).

Remove O-ring seals (9) and backup rings (8) from shuttle valve (7).

Remove bolts (10) and cover (11) from steering control valve (3).

Remove retainer assembly (13) and O-ring seal (14) from cover (11).
Remove retainer assembly (12), O-ring seal (17), spring (16), and valve (15).

Remove O-ring seals (18) from cover (11).

Remove spool assembly (19) from steering control valve (3).

Remove bolt (20), retainer (26), spacer (25), spring (24), retainer (23), washer (22), and shims (21) from spool assembly (19).

Remove springs (27) and valve (28) from steering control valve (3).

Remove stop assembly (29), bolts (30), cover (31), O-ring seal (32), and O-ring seals (33) from steering control valve (3).
