start by:a) remove crankshaft pulley 1. Remove the crankshaft front seal with tool group (A).Install Crankshaft Front Seal
1. Install the crankshaft front seal with tooling (A) with the following procedure: a) Put clean engine oil on the lip of the seal and the outside diameter of the crankshaft.b) Put 7F2770 Cement on the outer metal shell of the crankshaft front seal.c) Put the seal in position on the crankshaft with the lip of the seal toward the inside of the engine. d) Put seal installer ring (1) and pusher plate (2) in position on the crankshaft.e) Install washer (4) and bolt (3).f) Tighten bolt (3) until pusher plate (2) makes contact with the end of the crankshaft.g) Remove tooling (A) from the crankshaft.end by:a) install crankshaft pulley
