6. Use the System Communication Status to Determine the Cause
A. Determine if both Device 1 and Device 2 are present in the "Device's" column (1) within the "System Communication Status" screen. Refer to Illustration 3.
Note: The Aftertreatment #1 Intake NOx Level Sensor is displayed as Aftertreatment #1 Information #1 in some versions of software.
