Move engine start switch (5) to the OFF position in order to shut off the engine.

Note: The weight of the belly pan is over 23 kg (50 lb). Use two people to lift this component.
Remove 11 bolts (6) and washers. Remove rear belly pan (7) .

Locate the charge supply tee (9) on the right side of the machine. Disconnect charge supply hose (8) to the left propulsion pump.

Install cap (B) on tee (9). Install plug (C) on charge supply hose (8) .

Connect Tool (A2) to front charge pressure tap (10) on charge filter group (11) .Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (5) to the START position. Release the engine start switch when the engine starts.
Press throttle switch (3) once to the place the engine in high idle. Engine speed should be 2200 50 rpm.Note: Two things indicate when the engine is at high idle. First, the engine rpm will appear on machine display (4). Second, an indicator light next to the throttle switch will illuminate.
Operate the engine at high idle. Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on machine display (4). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 40° C (104° F).
With propulsion lever (1) in the NEUTRAL position and the engine at high idle, read the pressure on Tool (A1). The pressure should be 3310 280 kPa (480 41 psi).

Move engine start switch (5) to the OFF position in order to shut off the engine.
If the pressure is not within the specified range, go to "Adjustment Procedure". If the pressure is within the specified range, go to Step 8.
Remove the tooling.
Connect charge supply hose (8) to the left propulsion pump to charge supply tee (9) on the right side of the machine.Note: The weight of the belly pan is over 23 kg (50 lb). Use two people to lift this component.
Position rear belly pan (7). Secure with 11 bolts (6) and washers.Adjustment Procedure
Move engine start switch (5) to the START position. Release the engine start switch when the engine starts.

Press operator station slide left switch (12) to move the operator station to the LEFT position. An indicator light will illuminate when the operator station slide left switch is activated. Release the switch when the operator station reaches the left side of the machine.

Loosen locknut (15) on charge relief valve (14). In order to increase pressure, rotate adjustment screw
