Start By:a. remove bumper It is not necessary to remove the middle fuel tank if only one of the side fuel tanks are to be removed. 1. Remove pipe (1) from the middle fuel tank. 2. Remove two hoses (2) and (4) from tee (3). Remove the clips that fasten hoses (2) and (4) to the middle gas tank. The middle tank was removed for photo purposes.3. Disconnect two hoses (5) that connect the middle tank to the side tanks. 4. Fasten link brackets (A) to four corners of fuel tank (6). Remove the bolts that fasten the fuel tank to the bumper. Remove the fuel tank. The weight of fuel tank (6) is approximately 444 kg (980 lb). 5. Remove grating (7), if it is not removed. Remove hose (8) if the middle tank is not removed. Disconnect hose (5) (See Photo #C37771P1). 6. Fasten Link Brackets (A) to the four corners of the tank and use a lifting device to remove tank (9). The weight of tank (9) is approximately 408 kg (900 lb). To install fuel tanks, reverse the removal steps.End By:a. install bumper
