PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1) Remove the right-hand engine service panel. If the machine is equipped with an Enclosed Rollover Protective Structure (EROPS), remove the a/c accumulator from the radiator fan shroud to allow easier removal of the radiator fan guard.
DO NOT disconnect the hoses from the a/c accumulator or discharge the refrigerant from the a/c system.
2) Remove and discard the existing radiator fan guard.
If a 337-5633 Fan Guard was already installed on the machine, and the guard was not modified, the fan guard does not need to be replaced.
3) Install the new 337-5633 Fan Guard. See the image below of the new guard.

4) If applicable, install the a/c accumulator to the radiator fan shroud and the right-hand engine service panel.
5) Remove the rearmost bottom guard from the underside of the machine. This will provide good access to the track motors and the drive pressure sensor.
6) Remove the 261-0420 Drive Pressure Sensor from the tee on the hydrostatic motor for the right-hand track.
Only use a deepwell 27 mm socket to loosen or tighten this sensor, other tools may damage the sensor.
7) Replace the existing o-ring with a new 3J-1907 O-Ring. Install the sensor and tighten to a torque of 48 Nm using a deepwell 27 mm socket and a torque wrench. Be careful that the sensor threads, tee, etc. are kept clean while installing the sensor. Damage to the motors can be caused by contamination.
