Operating Precautions
Pay attention to the following matters to observe safety precautions and to obtain high efficiency during operation. 1. Always be careful to avoid tipping when swinging the loaded bucket.The load capacity over front or rear is more than that of over side. 2. Do not use the machine travel operation for loading operation.Doing this could cause structural damage to the machine. 3. Do not make any loading operation with the bucket closest to the machine and tilted to the ground.Doing this could cause structural damage to the machine. 4. Using bottom dump bucket tips to pick up an object can result in tip or bucket damage. 5. Do not use the rear bucket of the bottom dump bucket for leveling operation.Doing this could overload the bucket. 6. Fully loaded bucket could cause part of material to spill out, if raised to its highest position. If this must be done, correctly dump the bucket before raising to its highest position. 7. With certain boom-stick-bucket combinations, the front attachment can hit the front of the track. Always be careful of interference. 8. Do not perform any loading operation with the upper structure sideways to the undercarriage. Any loading operations must be done with the upper structure positioned at an angle of less than 30 degrees to the undercarriage as shown above.Lubrication Chart
