Use Tooling (A) to remove bolts (14). Remove support assembly (13) .

Remove bolts (15). Remove rear engine support (16) from flywheel housing (17) .
Repeat Steps 9 through 11 for the removal of the rear engine support from the other side of the engine.Installation Procedure

Position rear engine support (16) onto flywheel housing (17) and install bolts (15) .

Position support assembly (13) and install bolts (14). Use Tooling (A) to tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 700 90 N m (516 66 lb ft).

Position cup (11) and install bolts (12). Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 250 30 N m (184 22 lb ft).
Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the installation of the rear engine support onto the other side of the engine.

Remove the suitable lifting device from engine (10). The weight of the engine is approximately 1361 kg (3000 lb).

Connect hose assembly (9) .

Position precleaner (7) and tighten clamp (8) .

Install bolts (6) .

Install bolts (3) and bolts (4) onto the hydraulic tank.

Position guard assembly (1) and install bolts (2) .
Fill the hydraulic oil tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubrication Viscosities and Refill Capacities".
