Disconnect hose assemblies (2) and (3).

Disconnect fittings (4) in order to disconnect the refrigerant hose assemblies.

Disconnect hoses (5).

Disconnect ground strap (6).

Remove the nuts and the washers in order to disconnect brake control valve (7) from the cab.

Disconnect harness assembly (9).
Remove bolt (10) in order to disconnect connector cover (11) of the harness assembly.

Remove bolt (12) (not shown) in order to disconnect connector cover (13) of the harness assembly.
Remove bolt (14) (not shown) in order to disconnect connector cover (15) of the harness assembly.
Disconnect harness assembly (16).
Cut cable straps (17) and cable straps (18).
Disconnect clamp (19).

Remove cover (20).

Remove bolts (22).
Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cab (23) where bolts (22) have been removed. The weight of cab (23) is approximately 1485 kg (3275 lb). Note: Be sure that the bolts holding Tooling (A) have good thread engagement into cab (23).

Remove bolt (24) and the washer.

Remove bolt (25) and the washer.
Repeat Steps 21 through 22 for the opposite side of the machine.

Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove cab (23). Installation Procedure
Install cab (23) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (25) and bolts (24) to a torque of 1500 200 N m (1106 148 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (14), (12), and (10) to a torque of 6.0 1.5 N m (53.10 13.28 lb in).
