Move the machine in position between the push arms and the blade assembly.
Move the machine ahead until push arms (7) engage with trunnion (10).

Install bolts (9) and cap (8) without the shims.
Tighten bolts (9) evenly.
Insert an equal amount of shims between the cap and the push arm assembly, as needed.
Add one additional shim to each of the spaces. The specified clearance between the trunnion and the push arm assembly is 0.50 0.25 mm (0.02 0.001 inch).
Tighten bolts (9) to a torque of 1800 200 N m (1327 148 lb ft).
Repeat Steps 3 through 7 for the opposite machine side.
Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "System Pressure - Release".

Connect hose assemblies (6).

Attach a suitable lifting device to stabilizer link (3). The weight of stabilizer link (3) is approximately 120 kg (265 lb).
Raise the end of stabilizer link (3) to the front trunnion.
Start the machine.
Carefully turn the machine to the right until stabilizer link (3) is engaged with the front trunnion.
Stop the machine.
Install bolts (5) and cap (4) without shims.
Tighten bolts (5) evenly on both sides of the cap.
Insert an equal amount of shims between the cap and the stabilizer link, as needed.
Add one additional shim to each of the spaces. The specified clearance between the trunnion and the stabilizer link is 0.50 0.25 mm (0.020 0.010 inch).
Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 620 80 N m (460 60 lb ft).

Start the machine.
Extend the lift cylinder rods to the trunnions.
Stop the machine.
Install bolts (1) and cap (2) without the shims.
Tighten bolts (1) evenly on both sides of the cap.
Insert an equal amount of shims in the spaces between the bearing cap and the lift cylinder, as needed.
Add one additional shim to each of the spaces. The specified clearance between the trunnion and the rod assembly is 0.50 0.25 mm (0.020 0.010 inch).
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 620 80 N m (460 60 lb ft).
Repeat Steps 16 through 23 for the remaining lift cylinder.
