Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the screed. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Screed - Remove and Install".

Use two people or a suitable lifting device in order to remove transverse beam (1). The weight of transverse beam (1) is approximately 36 kg (79 lb).
Remove the nuts, the washers, bolts (2), and transverse beam (1) from the machine. Installation Procedure

Use two people or a suitable lifting device in order to install transverse beam (1). The weight of transverse beam (1) is approximately 36 kg (79 lb).
Install transverse beam (1), bolts (2), the washers, and the nuts. End By:
Install the screed. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Screed - Remove and Install".
