Use the solution that is identified below, in order to prevent cracks and leaks in the valve cover. Problem
Valve covers on C9 Engines can potentially crack or oil leakage can occur because the incorrect seal and/or the spacer is installed.Solution
The correct seals and spacers must be used with the proper valve mechanism covers. Failure to use the correct seals and/or spacers on the appropriate valve mechanism covers can result in engine oil leaks and/or failures of the valve mechanism cover.
