(1) Left steering stop
(2) Putty
Move the machine to a dry, level surface that is free of debris.
Place a 25.4 mm (1 inch) ball of putty (2) on the rear face of left steering stop (1).
Place the transmission in NEUTRAL and start the engine. Raise an empty bucket to a height of approximately 30 cm (12 inches). Disengage the parking brake.
Run the engine at high idle. Turn the machine all the way to the left.
Steer the machine so that the machine is in the straight ahead position. Engage the parking brake. Stop the engine.
Measure the thickness of putty (2). The putty should be pressed to a thickness of 19 3 mm (0.75 0.12 inch).

(3) Neutralizer screw
If necessary, adjust steering neutralizer screw (3) until the dimension is correct. Repeat Steps 2 through 7.
Repeat this procedure for the right steering stop.
