The circuit turns the vibration system ON and OFF. The circuit also controls the vibration amplitude. In order to start the vibratory system, throttle switch (3) must be in HIGH.The following items are the major components of the vibratory circuit:

(3) Throttle switchThrottle switch (3) is located at the front operator control console.

(5) Switch for the vibratory amplitude control (6) Control for the variable frequencyVibratory on/off control switch (4) is located on top of the propel control lever. The vibration control switch turns the vibratory system on and off. The switch for the vibratory amplitude control (5) is located at the right operator control console. The switch for the vibratory amplitude control is used to select the vibratory amplitude (HIGH or LOW).

(1) FuseFuse (1) is located on the fuse panel on the front of the operator console. The rating of the fuse is 10 amperes.

(2) Vibratory control solenoidsSolenoids (2) are located on the vibratory pump. The two-position solenoids control the swashplate of the vibratory pump.Circuit Operation

Major components of the vibratory circuit (1) Fuse (2) Vibratory control solenoids (3) Throttle switch (4) Vibratory on/off control switch (5) Switch for the vibratory amplitude controlWhen the key start switch is in the ON position, the main relay is closed and system voltage is present in wire 112-PU-10. The system voltage is present in wire103-YL when fuse (2) is okay.The throttle switch (3) must be in HIGH position so that the voltage will be present at wire C906-PU.When the vibration control switch (4) is pressed, the switch will close. The switch will create a path through wire A990-BU to the switch on the vibratory amplitude control (5). If the switch for the vibratory amplitude control is in the HIGH position, current is conducted through wire A892-OR to vibratory control solenoids (2). If the switch for the vibratory amplitude control (5) is in the LOW position, current is conducted through wire A784-YL to vibratory control solenoids (2) .
