Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Caterpillar products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Position solenoid valve assembly (18) and install bolts (20). Connect six hose assemblies (17). Connect harness assembly (19) .

Use Tooling (A) to position guard assembly (15) on the machine. The weight of guard assembly (15) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Install six bolts (16) .

Position handrail (12) and install bolts (14), (13), and (11) .

Position bottom guard (10) and install bolts (9) .

Remove Tooling (A). Install the cap on the hydraulic tank.
