(1) G3500 Throttle Actuator

(2) G3600 Fuel Actuator
Remove 211-8175 Electronic Actuator Group from the engine mounting. Refer to Illustration 1 and Illustration 2.

(3) Hex Head Bolt
Disassemble the solenoid from the 211-8175 Electronic Actuator Group by removing the four 129-3174 Bolts (3). Refer to Illustration 3.

(4) 033-6032 O-Ring Seal
Replace the 033-6032 O-Ring Seal (4) with a new 033-6032 O-Ring Seal (4). Refer to Illustration 4.

(5) Receptacle Assembly
Install new 101-9528 Solenoid Assembly .Note: Care must be exercised in order to prevent contaminating the 211-8175 Electronic Actuator Group or the 101-9528 Solenoid Assembly with any type of debris. Debris will damage the 211-8175 Electronic Actuator Group or the 101-9528 Solenoid Assembly .Note: The receptacle assembly (5) must be in the same orientation as the "OUT" port. Refer to Illustration 5.

Tighten the four 129-3174 Bolts (3) to 1.7 .25 N m (1.25 0.18 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 6.
Install the 211-8175 Electronic Actuator Group onto the engine.
Inspect the oil lines and replace any damaged parts.
Run the engine in normal operation.
Verify proper operation of the 211-8175 Electronic Actuator Group . Ensure that no oil leaks develop in the oil lines or at the connections.

Replace the 033-6032 O-Ring Seal (4) with a new 033-6032 O-Ring Seal (4). Refer to Illustration 4.
