MODELS INVOLVED - 365B, 365B Series II, 365C, 385B, and 385C Excavators

A Warning Film needs to be installed on the products listed below. The 153-5140 Seat within the boom lowering check valve may fail if the pressure from the bleed-off valve is not released properly before disconnecting the tube connected to the boom lowering check valve. This may result in personal injury or death. You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Caterpillar dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 06Nov2007 when scheduling this service.
