Disconnect harness assembly (3). Remove screws (4) and window washer tank group (5).

Remove screws (6) and cover (7).

Remove clamps (9), nuts (8), and dryer (10).

Disconnect harness assemblies (11) and (12).
Remove bolt (15), clamp (14), and hose assembly (13). Disconnect hose assembly (16).

Loosen clamps (20) and remove hose (19).
Loosen clamp (17), clamp (21), and disconnect hose assemblies (18) and (22).

Remove bolts (24) and valve (23).

Loosen clamps (25) and remove hoses (26).

Loosen clamp (30) and disconnect hose (27).
Remove screws (29) and duct (28).

Remove screws (32) and covers (31).

Remove screws (33).
Remove seven bolts (35) from the upper cover of air conditioner (34).
Attach Tooling (A) and remove remaining bolts (35). The weight of air conditioner (34) is approximately 57 kg (126 lb). Slide air conditioner (34) along Tooling (A) to attach Tooling (B).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to air conditioner (34). The weight of air conditioner (34) is approximately 57 kg (126 lb). Remove air conditioner (34).

Remove bolts (37) and cover (36).

Remove bolts (39) and valve (38). Remove screw (40).
Remove heater coil (41) and evaporator coil (42).Installation Procedure
Install evaporator coil (42) and heater coil (41) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten screws (33), screws (32), and screws (4) to a torque of 6 1 N.m (53 9 lb in).
