Machine Preparation for Radiator Conversion
Drain the coolant from the machine.
Lift the hood and tilt the radiator guard forward.
Remove the after cooler, hydraulic oil cooler, and associated lines as needed.Updating the Radiator

Remove the following parts and discard:

Bracket (C)
Bracket (D)
Bracket (E)

Remove the following parts and discard:
Bracket (F)
Bracket (G)
Bracket (H)

Remove the following parts and discard:
Baffle (J)
Baffle (K)
Baffle (L) Keep baffle (M) as shown in Illustration 4. Ensure that baffle (M) is installed downward as shown in Illustration 5. Baffle (M) should not touch the radiator tubes after the radiator group is installed.

Install baffle assembly (18) using four bolts (3) and four washers (13). Make sure that baffle assembly (18) is not touching the radiator tubes.
Install four plates (2) and four supports (7) using 12 bolts (8) and 12 washers (10) .

Install radiator group (14) with four mounts (9) .

Install four caps (6) using eight bolts (12) and eight washers (11) .

Install elbow (4) and elbow (5) into the top of radiator group (14) with O-Ring (1) in both elbows.

Install baffle assembly (16) using two bolts (3) and two washers (13). Repeat this Step for the opposite side of the radiator.
Install baffle assembly (15) using two bolts (3) and two washers (13). Repeat this Step for the opposite side of the radiator.
Install baffle assembly (17) using two bolts (3) and two washers (13). Repeat this Step for the opposite side of the radiator.

Reconnect vent lines (R) .

Verify that clearance exists between the power train cooler casting and the tube. If there is no clearance, use washer (13) behind the two piece clip to create clearance.
Replace all components. Refill with coolant and check for leaks.
