The 359-3372 Plate As (2) may not have the correct bolting pattern to install both the receivers and the cable strain relief brackets at the top of the mast.The 234-9970 Receiver Mounting Gp (1) may also interfere with the 359-3410 Angling Blade lifting eye on the above machines.Solution

Plate assembly rotated 90 degreesDimension (B) in the fore-aft machine axisThe mounting riser from Caterpillar Trimble Control Technology (CTCT) can be used until a permanent repair is defined.Use the CTCT mounting riser above the 359-3372 Plate As (2) to overcome the bolting pattern issue. The 4-bolt mounting pattern in the riser is rotated by 90 degrees between the top plate and the bottom plate. Refer to Illustration 3 for correct installation.When the 359-3372 Plate As are correctly oriented, the riser helps to clear the potential lifting eye interference. If interference still occurs while the plate bolting pattern is correct, use the riser to clear the interference by rotating the top plate of riser and fix the plate by using 5/8 inch bolt to the center.
